CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION POLICY: Your appointment is very important & I understand that sometimes life happens! As a courtesy, I ask that you please give a 24hr cancellation call/text/or email. Regrettably if canceled in less than 24hrs before your scheduled time, You will be responsible for paying 50% your the service. If “NO SHOWED” you will owe 100% of the service. NEW CLIENT CHEMICAL SERVICES: I ALWAYS welcome new clients looking for quality hair services. All chemical services for NEW CLIENTS requires a $50 non-refundable deposit for the first appointment. Deposits will be applied to the services charged on the day of the appointment. In the event that you are not able to make the original appointment, you will have 48 hours to reschedule. If your appointment is not rescheduled in the given time, your deposit is non-refundable, and will not be applied to future appointments. All financial information will be confidential and processed by a managing associate.
